My guess is the article is referencing future technologies that are very
soon to be released.

So would this qualify as the long awaited go-to-Tivo feature? That

Seems so, for those with TD 2.2 and software version 7.2 or higher.

Yes, or 'TiVoToComeBack' as many have taken to calling it.

And TiVo 7.2 and Desktop 2.2 are out now.
