Asus striker II formula network problems

I have a asus striker II formula mother board and when I updated to win seven the dual lan ports won't work. They worked for a bit went to bed next day nothing tried updating bios and drivers from asus website. My uncle gave me this cp and said he had the same problems does anyone know what to do to fix this.

Sounds like the NIC's are just bad if the drivers don't fix the issue.
