www.hercules.com gone for good?

I have been trying to get to www.hercules.com for a week now to download the GameTheatre XP drivers for Windows XP, but it has been down for a long time. I can't even ping it or get to a foreign one like hercules.fr. Hmmm... is anyone else having this problem? ALl I want is the drivers for Windows XP for GTXP and any site outside that that references drivers only has a link to the FTP site at hercules.com which isn't working either.

ANyone have insite here, or help on where I can get the drivers?

Check this out <A HREF="http://www.guillemot.com/" target="_new">http://www.guillemot.com/</A> . It says that they are having technical difficulties w/ the hercules site. no more info than that.
