Time to read a Hard disk

Hi All
Is there a formula around that can be used to calculate how long it would take to read a hard disk?
Specifically one with , 800 cylinders each having 5 tracks of 32 sectors! A rotation time of 20msec , a seek time for adjacent cylinders of 10msec with a worst case of 50msec, switching between tracks is instantaneous!

this is not really clear for me.
how much plattes is it constituted?
do you know its total capacity?
