Directivo and PPV dialin

If I keep a phone line plugged in to my Directivo ( Phillips S1 ) and do the
,#401 thing for TiVO updates/authorization ( I have a tivonet card in the
unit ), will the system still be able to update the Directv stuff/side as
well?
I know it won't do it via the network card and must do it via built in modem
so, was just wondering if this would work.
Or do I have to remove the ,#401 and let the unit dialout for everything?
Does the setting set the prefix for both?
It's not a big deal if I have to do that. Just trying to keep the phone line
clear that's all. ;-)
