Hello over there,
can anybody tell me the main differences between HBH-65 and
HBH-35, please? Esp. why the HBH-65 seems to be rated higher
than the 35?
Comparing standby and talking times the HBH-35 seems to be much
better (120/5 vs 75/2.5 h), but, nevertheless, the HBH-65 is more
expensive. Functionality seems to be nearly the same, too ...

Functionality is very much the same. I chose the HBH-60 over the HBH-35
because of size only. As you said, battery lifetime is much better on
the '35, but you have to plan where to carry it when out and about.
There is room for the "sixties" almost anywhere.
The HBH-35 got very good reviews in a comprehensive magazine test I
read. The sound quality in noisy environments (pedestrian in heavy
traffic) was one of it's strong points.
This does not explain the price difference you mentioned, does it? Sorry...

Hi,
Have you heard of Marketing ?
That's the reason ....
From a technical point of view they are very close, only the microphone
pick-up for the 65 is less than for the 35 due to the distance from mouth to
mic.
But Marketing boys (or girls ?) think they can ask more money ..... :> ))
