Windows did not detect any network hardware

Hello,

I changed my my bios battery. Window 7 restarted and everything is working except the internet, In device manager under Network Adapter I have listed NVIDEA nForce Controller. On the other hand when I checked from Internet options in internet explorer and entered setup it is showing as Windows did not detect any networking hardware. What can I do to reconnect to the internet,

Go into the bios and enable the onboard Ethernet adapter, you may have to reinstall the Ethernet driver once you do that.

HOW DO I GET INTO BIOS

Depends on the computer, usually clicking either the delete key or an F key when starting up will take you into the bios.
