Will This Run WIN7 64

I currently have Vista 32 installed.
MB is Intel DG35EC
RAM = 2 Gig 800 DDR2
CPU = Intel E7200

With the 2 gigs of RAM and the motherboard, will my computer run Win7 64 bit or would I need More RAM?

You can run Windows 7 64bit on that machine. 64 bit doesn't require 4 gigs of ram to be used, it simply allows you to see more than 3 gigs of ram. As well as some other software differences which I couldn't explain off the top of my head
