2wire at&t router/modem login

For years, I looked at my home network by using http:\\gateway.2wire.net address in the browser. Now an AT&T screen says that's an error. I run ipconfig/all and get the router address, 172.16.0.1, but when I use that At&T also returns an error. This affects all machines in my house, Windows and Mac OSX. Is there a new syntax?

Shouldn't be... the IP address should always work. Might just need to pull the power on the router and plug it back in. Sometimes I am not able to log into my D-Link router until I power cycle it. Perhaps you need to do the same.

thank you. unplugging it for 30 seconds worked! now I get the same system view through gateway.2wire.net and through the numerical ipadress.
