Problem with Harman Kardon AVR5 reloaded

I opened it up and none of the fuses were blown. Tried to turn it on
again and the DG1U relay clicks on when I hit the power button, the
power button briefly turns green, then the relay clicks off and the
power button goes back to red.

Does this mean the relay is blown? Can I replay this with one
purchased at Radio Shack and some solder? What about the A35-326c-u
w/ thermal fuse? It's right next to the relay.

Any help would be appreciated in bringing this receiver back to life -
otherwise I guess it gets kicked to the curb.
