Settin up e-mail in windows 7

Hello,
I keep getting a message that says your security settings won't allow ,how do I change settings ,I disabled my trend micro and everything else I could find but it still won't let anything through

windows 7 e-mail form microsoft ,It says your security settings won't allow download of this program and there isn't a place to check to allow it ,thanks

Windows Live is a possible workaround that works with Win7 ... http://home.live.com/

Hi I tryed that and get the same thing ,"your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded " I also went to IE and in tools menu ,internet options ,changed security to low,still can't download

See if you can download/install Firefox ... http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/firefox.html

If you can, then use Firefox to download Windows Live.
