Hello,
Until Win 7 you could find Printer Server Properties in the "Printer Control Panel" by right clicking in any white area and choose "Server Properties". This is where you would add new form sizes. How do you add custom page sizes in Win 7? It is not in the same place.

With much searching and a lot of help, we found how to add forms. Here is the location.....

Windows 7:
Go to Control Panel
- Administrative Tools
- Print Management
- Printer Servers
- <computer name>
- Forms
Click on Action menu > Manage Forms
You are now in familiar teritory to add the custom form.

You can also highlight any single printer in the printer and devices window and the menu bar changes and adds the option for printer server.
