Wireless router with per-device throttling?

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for a wireless router that can throttle per device. That is, a specific internal IP address can have a specific upload/download speed limit assigned to it that the device cannot exceed. I'm not looking to allocate bandwidth priority or block a specific protocol.

Does anyone have any specific suggestions? Does anyone know what software features I should be looking for? A quick google searched netted me nothing.

Most off the shelf routers can't do this with manufacturers firmware, you need run something like DD-WRT on a compatible router. Recommend WNDR3700 v1/v2 if your cable.
