Im looking into buying a new card to capture video for editing. I have a radeon 8500 for the video out. My main concern is video quality, since ill be useing this for editing. My system has a 1.0 ghz thunderbird athlon with over 600 megs of ram and a 7200 rpm westrn digital ata133 hard drive. Id like to stay near the 300 dollar price range, but lower is always ok 
. I dont need dv input, but as i would be working off rca or s-video.
