Internet Connection Sharing

I've got a mts mblaze internet dongle(USB modem) which provides me an internet connection. I have a wifi router(ZTE zxdsl 513B), i've connected it to my desktop via Lan cable. Now i want My wifi router to use USb modem connection to route to to a wifi enabled cellphone.....

Pls tell me the procedure hw can it be done

If you are using Windows, just go into the network control panel, click on change adapter settings, and then highlight both the adapters -- usb modem and wired router, right click and select bridge networks. The other approach that would work is to use Internet Connection Sharing (ICS), but only turn that on if you do not bridge the networks. Here is a step by step for ICS:
