Hello @ all:

I like to purchase a

Digital Voice Recorder with integrated USB stick for data storage from
my computer.

I should be able to record minimum of 15 hours of audio and
I should be able to store a minimum of 512 MB data

on this one electronic device.

It is highly important for me that the voice recording function should
have extraordinary quality.

Where can I find such a device at a reasonable price?

Just how much "extraordinary quality" do you expect at < 80 kbs?
(If it records from a built in microphone, that will be *more* than adequate
though, and "extraordinary quality" is very unlikely!)
