Hi, Appreciate some help to synchronize the P900 to the PC. I have installed
the PC Suite and believe the Syn-Station is connected. Except for a brief
while when they were connected (even then back-up and restore failed) the
'Not Connected' always appear when I click on the icon. I have also had them
checked by the Service People and they that the Syn-Station is OK. Thank
You.

You should check out the p900 yahoo newsgroups and the enthusiasts'
websites for possible diagnosis/solutions, because it could be one, two
or more configuration issues that are preventing syncronisation.

It's impossible to consider all the potential issues in one posting
here, but, to begin with, I would do the following:

Uninstall the P900 software from your PC
Uninstall any anti-virus software (eg: norton, macafee)
Disconnect the sync station physically
Switch off
Boot up
Re-install the P900 software
Re-connect the sync station
Check it all works
Then re-install any antivirus/firewall.

As I said above, there isn't room to explain here why this procedure
works. If you want to know the details, check sites like ESATO, and
P900.co.uk, but especially the yahoo groups.
