Yet another RAID ?

What Stripe size should I use I have seen a good stripe size is anywhere from 256K to 1024K but I didn't know about my situation. I am mostly a gamer I don't do much else at least anything that requires my computer to be fast so what should I set my Stripe size too? I also go to LAN party's and exchange large files should I have another setting when I do this?

256K stripe would be huge, 1024K even bigger (1 meg stripes???)
I would suggest a good stripe size is 8K, thats what I use and its great for a large range of files. For very small files you can set it down to 2 or 4K and for large files 32K is good!
