Small network games

Archived from groups: alt.comp.freeware.games,alt.games (More info?)

I'm looking for small games you could play in a LAN. Could be Chess,
Monopoly or also something like Turboslider (www.turbosliders.tk).

But important is:
- It should be possible to install the game on a computer where you
don't have administrator right (in best case just extracting the ZIP
and running the game).
- It should run within a Window so that it easily can be closed to the
background. Or maybe it should have some "boss"-key.

Do you know such games?
