External TV Tuner on Dell Notebook

Hey you guys, i need some help here please.
I just bought a Philips TV tuner with USB connection, and my Dell Notebook (Inspiron 8100) doesn't work with it.
Where can i find some drivers for windows XP, as my notebook only works properly with this OS. THANKS

xp drivers are normally given with the hardware.
if you havent them, download them from the constructor site.
