I have a T68i that works fine apart from when I ring someone or they ring
me, then I can't hear them. The volume control is turned up full. Is this an
easy problem to fix? I've checked the manual and tried it on different
profiles with no joy.

did you plug in a hands-free to see if you hear them there?

Hands free works fine, it's only when using the actual phone. Is the speaker
easy to change?

Have a look at the UselessInfo site in my sig. There's full dismantle
instructions for the T68/i on there and the speaker is pretty easy to
change, but you'll have to take most of the phone to bits to get to it.

Many thanks for that, I've ordered both a speaker and volume control so
hopefully between the two I should be able to fix it.
