Hello,
i bought pre installed window 8 samsung laptop but its window crashed how can i restore that window

you will have to boot from a windows 8 installtion disc to do a restore.
You got the windows preinstalled then there is a chance that you don't have a installation disk.
So you can borrow your friend disk or something like that......

there should be a recovery partition, read the manual or google the make and model of the laptop to see how to do a repair.

If it is still under warranty then take it back.
