If I transfer Word data from one computer to another on the second transfer will

Hello,
If I transfer Word data from one computer to another regularly, do the transfers after the first include all data, or just new data?

If you are just manually copying over the data, and overwriting the files it's copying all data every time.

There are backup programs that will only copy the changed bits each time, or something as simple as robocopy will do it with the proper switches I believe.
