Hi, I bought a OCZ PC2700 256M back in Dec. from Hardcorecooling.com but I ran SiSoftware Sandra 2002Pro last nite and its telling me that my system has 256M of PC2100... IS THIS RIGHT?? did they SuckerME? How can I check this out... will the sticker on the Ram tell me if its cas 2.0 or 2.5.. its not that easy to get to my case so i dont wanna pull it unnecesarly. if that sticker wont tell me.
Thanks
by the way Im running XP Pro. (dont know if that has any way of telling me the Ram specs or not).

I believe that if the RAM is running at 133MHz, then it'll say it's PC2100. Why'd you get PC2700 if you weren't going to overclock, though?

EDIT:
Meant to say PC2100 the first time. Fixed now.

ocz pc2700 ram is made with hand-picked hynix chips that are clocked at pc2100 (133...ddr266) and overclocked to pc2700 speeds (166....ddr333)....and technically...they didnt sucker you...but they did....anyways...chances are...your pc2700 stick is at cl2.5...not cl2 cuz ddr333 memory with cl2 is pretty recent...your stick is about 6 months old...(i got my ocz pc2700 ram in feb. and its cl2.5)
