My 4DTV time actually "sprang forward" instead of "falling back"
overnight. Now it is actually two hours ahead of my local time.
There doesnt seem to be any way to manually adjust the time. Did
anyone else experience this ?

Call you provider. They may have the wrong time zone for you.
