Excel 2007/2010 and Windows 7

I just upgraded to Windows 7. Excel 2007 lost the PASTE Special options (formula), insert cut/copy celss. I also tried Excel 2010 Beta and ran into the same problem). The PASTE formula sometimes show up but not most of the time. How can I see it consistently?

right click cell > paste special > formulas radio button.

or use the drop down on the ribbon just below the paste button to get to paste special.
