I've read on here .... if the channel count goes above ?? what
number it might (be the) cause of other problems? Mine just
hit 4669 sometime lately and i am having problems.
For some reason lower satellites changed positions by the numbers:

G0 and G5 switched, on down the line to W7. The numbers were
simply bumped up (or down, i fixed them and forgot now, but each
given sat was in the next lower's position) by 50 cliks for each sat.
Nothing above G0 changed. Odd but it happened today. (tuning to G0 put
it on G5, G5 put it on G9, etc, on down the arc. I had the numbers
written down so i could check).

Thanks, rik

I do not know about channel count, but supposedly if the TDT count on
OPTIONS 6,0,5 DIAGNOSTICS "G" table (accessed by using right or left
arrows) on line 1,and the 5th figure from the left is 1920 or above you
could have problems with sats and/or channels dropping off the satellite
tables. My 920 is at 1920,but at this time I am not having any problems.
