I just bought a compaq laptop and want to change the color of it. I guessing their is a certain way of spray painting a computer case or laptop. Anyone have any websites?

It's a laptop, so it gets handled a lot. I wouldn't expect paint to last long in that situation.

Maybe if you use vinyl dye instead of paint, it might hold up better

Vinyl dye is really just a soft flexible paint, and would still scratch rather easily from the hard surface of a notebook case.
