To expand on that, that means your power supply fan, heatsink fan, graphics card fan, case intake/exhaust fans, hard drive cooler fans, slot blower fans.

Unless you get silent fans, which should be below 29dBA(?), then these should be the first source you should attack to quiet down your computer.

The noisiest thing on my system is the hard drive, but now you can get drives that are nearly silent by drive standards, leaving the fans as the largest contributors of noise. Panaflow mid speed fans are nice and relatively quiet.

What's the frequency, Kenneth?
