building a multi-CD duplicator

Sorry if this has been brought up before, but I can't surf much at work.

Where do I find the parts needed to assemble my own CD duplicator? The CD-R's will be easy enough to find, but the items such as a proprietary mainboard with the proper software is deucedly hard to find, or at least I don't know where to look. Obviously, they're using more than a single IDE channel, so the bussing is probably machine-specific.

Any info about where to find parts is appreciated--

Do you want to build a 1:1 duplicator or a 1:many?

One:many, maybe 4 or 8. On a stand-alone setup, not connected to a computer.
