I need an AM antenna for my Kenwood tuner. Nothing fancy or expensive,
something like those small rectangal shaped loop type AM antennas that
come with bookshelf stereo systems is fine. But I can't seem to locate
a source for them. I thought for sure Radio Shack would sell them but
they don't. Any suggestions?

TIA!
Bob

You could contact Kenwood with the model number and ask
them if they sell it as a repair/replacement part.

OTOH, you could take 50 ft of wire (from Radio Shack, etc.)
and wind it around a shoebox lid.

http://www.mcmelectronics.com/

www.google.com lists their website as the very first hit.
Suggest trying Google is faster than posting questions here
and waiting for answers. (Also prevents looking silly.)

Make one. It's only wire wound on a former.
