NAT configuration

Hello,
I am trying to use NAT to connect a client running on win7 via a routing desktop running win xp.On running the netsh command, i get the reply "nat must be installed first".I have enabled Routing and remote access and all necessary registry edits,any help?

are you trying to use ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) on XP to share the internet connection on the XP computer with a computer running Windows7?
