Faxing, how to

I want people to send a fax to a phone number and have that fax auto save/upload to a cloud.

my reason for this is we have 5 of us in the business and many different orinizations that fax to us. i dont want one person to have to receive the fax, scan it, upload it to a cloud drive just so the rest of us can access it.

tell me how to achieve this.

Use a fax server, can't do this with a regular fax machine. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fax_server

You can setup your own or just pay a fax host to do that for you, faxes go to that company, they save the files in electronic form.

You can use a special online fax service. you won't need any additional machines or something else - just a PC or even a mobile phone. I advice you **** (http://www.****.com/) as they have low prices (0,05 EUR/page) and they're reliable.
And the more is package, the more features you receive.
