Wifi antennas

Hi - I have a wifi antenna

it picks up signals but weakly (25% max).

What antenna could I get that would improve on this? I am in an elevated rural location with clear line of sight.

I am thinking of one like this

what antenna is at the other end?

just because you get a stronger antenna at your end does not mean you will get a better signal. If the antenna at the other end cannot send the signal that is strong enough to reach you, a different antenna will not help
