Which Card

Hercules makes generally good graphics card. between both of them, i will buy the Hercules first. the other brand, i even dont what it is.

about psu, yes it is important because it generates the entire power (3V,5V,12V,..) for all your comp & your hardware devices.
if you use a too low wattage psu, this would involve more or less decreased tension & freeze your comp though.

obviously more devices you have on your comp & more your psu wattage must be elevate.

with your rig (configuration) your 300Watts PSU could be sufficiently but if you havent buyed one yet i suggest you to buy a 350Watts Enermax or a 350Watts Antec psu.
