Crucial or Samsung DDR RAM?

I can get a 256 MB stick of Samsung PC-2700 and a stick of 256 MB of Crucial PC2100 for the same price ($99 CND). I think they have the same CAS Latency. Which one should I get?? I'm going to use it with an MSI KT266 Pro2 mobo (KT266A chipset). I'm leaning towards the Samsung PC2700 because I could oc my system more easily. What do you think?
