i hear scratchy noises when scrolling the screen

Hi there, everytime i scroll down the screen or open a program i hear nerve-stretching sounds through my soundcard(sblive), even if winamp runs.
Could someone please help me getting rid of this

Are you using a PCI video card? My friend had same problem when he use PCI video card.
