Hi,

Here's what I have:

Windows XP
AMD Athlon@900MHZ
2HDD (1-30GB 5400RPM, 2-20GB 5400RPM)
512MB RAM
NVIDIA TNT2 M64, 32MB
CDROM and CDRW
ADSL Internet Connection
PSU = 250Watts

The problem is:

My computer restarts byitself, as much as 3 times in a row!, errors pop out every hour or so...and PSU get real hot.
So I turn on de AC in my room, and the errors stop a little bit, the PSU cools down, but computer still restarts when I use Heavy apps or have to many windows openend.

Im pretty sure my problem is the PSU, but I dont really know much about them..can someone, suggest what size PSU I should, if this is the problem?

Quality of PSU is very important too. Enermax make very high quallity PSU. I would suggest you to get an ENERMAX EG365P.

YOu will need at least 300 Watt. You can get an Enermax PSU from newegg.com.

Just to add, 250W isn't enough to power the components you have. That's why it's overstressed. And, the spelling is ENERMAX, not Enermex. It could've been the reason you didn't find it.
