512mb cl 2.5 or 256mb cl 2

What would be the faster on a kt333 chipset mobo? Using Pc-2700 ddr333 512mb cl 2.5 or Pc-2700 ddr333 256 cl 2? If the 512 is faster is it worth it to spend almost twice the money?

cl 2.5 is SLOWER than cl 2.0. so i would say 2 get 2 stick of cl 2.0 256mb DDR333 to make 512mb or if u can get 1 single cl 2.0 512mb stick, it would be good also.

i have a question also, is two 256mb module slower than just one 512 mb? and also, if i put two 256mb sticks in my mobo, will i still be able 2 run 1T command for my ram?
