Can i connect a idea 3g netsetter to my Belkin N150 router

I intend to use two laptops with one Idea Net setter to access internet; is it technically viable, if yes than would a RJ45 to usb female do the job ?
please advise

Thanks

    Emerald thanks for your reply,
I failed to mention that I have a Belkin N150 MODEM router, I wanted to ask if i could make use of this with the USB netsetter ?
If at all; I have to inject the signal from USB to the Telephone input socket of N150 and energise the usb from a separate power supply; does this thinking aloud make any sense?
    Excuse me
    looking forward to your suggestion,
    regards
