my ex and sister put terado citrix and 8 other programs in my computer threw magic jack. the ip addresses are local, i need to confirm as it is become threatening. outbound 5009 ip 192.168.1.232,along with 5 more

More of a malware problem than networking, I suspect. Go to http://www.bleepingcomputer.com and read the instructions for using ComboFix then download it from there and install it.

Let it take all the time it needs and whatever you do, don't interrupt it. When it completes and shows you its log, restart the computer then go to the Run box and type in
combofix /uninstall
then hit Enter. Next, go to teh root of C: and delete the folder Qoobox and restart again.

Post back if you still have problems - you may need to check that auutomatic DHCP is enabled and in charge of allocating local IP addresses.
