Help need with cybercafe network sharing

Hello,
i open a cybercafe network for a little business the system are not sharing information on each other so i will like somebody to educate me on how to do it and which configuration will i use

what type of internet connection?(cable,adsl etc)
what are the hardwares being used or available?
