Im confused about asus saying is 6 channel audio. Does that mean its 5.1 dolby digital sound? Will there be a big difference in sound (when i watch DVDs) if i got an SB value 5.1 and the one onboard?

The Live! has terrible drivers and is a poor piece of hardware. Stick with the onboard sound.
