One Code for Both platform(Palm & WINCE)

Hi Gurus,

Good Day. In my client they are asking me to do, Write a One code
for Both Windows CE and Palm OS. I found that One SDK AppForge SDK.
That support One code & UI for Both the Platform. But that will
support only VB6.0 & VB.Net.

But I am planning to Work in VC++ or EVC++. Gurus, Kindly provide me
your advice on this. So that really help ful for me to choose the SDK.

Is there any other SDK avilable in the Market to write a single code
for Both the OS.
