How to change IP

Hello everyone..
I was referred by my friend to this forum.
I have a photo contest, but its seem it using IP based system.
So that after done giving vote there, I can't give ore vote there.
I wonder, because there's many contestant get till 2000+ votes at the same contest and look so easy to collect it.

Anyone can help me to solve this?

The IP they save is the one your ISP assigns you, you can't change that.

I'd think voting a bunch of times for your own pictures is a pretty big cheat also.

You can vote from work, your friends house, coffee shops with wifi, etc...
