MMC cards are obsolete. SD Cards do everything an MMC card does
and more, and the larger sizes (like 256 MB) aren't even available
in the MMC format. Also, SD Cards transfer data faster than MMC
cards. Basically, think of MMC as the old stuff and SD Card as
the new, updated style.
"SD Ultra II" is not, as far as I know, a type of card. It's
just a model name that SanDisk's marketing people have given to
one of their cards.
The only other advice, speaking of SanDisk, is that SanDisk has
made a few cards thet perform poorly. If you see a cheap
SanDisk 256MB SD Card, think twice before buying it.
