I have had a 4DTV operating for about two weeks and sometimes the warm
up display 'WM' will appear upon turning on the unit. This usually
happens after downloading the new IPG during the night. Is this normal?
Got the WM display when the receiver was first powered up and installed.

And I sometimes lose the programming content information for the
satellites. The Guide will display but without the programs. Usually has
some thing like No Information. What is happening here?
Is there a way to force an IPG download?
