When comapring between hard disks, ATA speed, RPM, Buffer size & seek time will help me to choose the best one. What else can I use to compare between Hard Disks? (ignoring heat, noise & prices).
I mean Is there any other special things I have to take care about?
(talking about IDE drive)
Thanks a lot in advance.

You have hit the big ones that you are going to find easily. The only better info you will get is from actual benchmarks of drives obtained by searching for reviews....

Ignore the interface (ATA) and seek times (which are horribly inaccurate). Look at actual transfer rates.
