Wierd Memory allocation on SC3K

When I am playing Sim City 3000, the machine is constantly using the swap file. So when I call up the task manager, I find the OS is using 520 MB's of Ram. This is a bad thing because I 'only' have 384. Why would such a simply application be sucking up memory? P.S. System is P3 800, G2 MX, 384 Ram WIn 2k

if you go to your task manager you can see what resources are been used by other hiden programs you need to close then to gain better usage. Just because your application is running it does not mean it is using all ram
