Internet speed

Hi need help on why my Internet download speed is very slow on network settings it reads 100 Mbps which I know is not the download speed but I know it's not as low as 67 kbps which is what my download reads on Steam or is it Steam itself?, anyways it's a Verizon DSL setup

try testing your internet speed at speakeasy.net or speedtest.net

100Mbps is your network speed, not your Internet speed. Steam always slows down for me. it will usually start around 1.5Mb/s - 2mb/s then gradually drop to around 800Kb/s. Also, in your steam config, make sure downloads is set to the correct geographical area.
